Overview
A quality lifecycle platform for forging operations that standardises manufacturing processes and guarantees that production teams only ever see the latest, verified process document. Built on a Golang backend, Angular front end and MongoDB.
The business problem
Production teams were working from outdated or conflicting process documents, causing avoidable defects, rework and disputes on the shop floor.
The solution
I implemented a Golang service layer with robust document version control, vendor registration and feasibility analysis, ensuring a single verified source of truth backed by analytics dashboards.
