Overview
A fully integrated HRMS that automates core HR functions and ensures seamless data flow between attendance, leave, payroll and recruitment. Built on Python Flask, Angular and PostgreSQL.
The business problem
HR ran on disconnected spreadsheets and manual payroll, causing delays, calculation errors and a fragmented employee experience.
The solution
I engineered full-stack modules for attendance and leave, an automated payroll engine that runs on schedule, and an end-to-end recruitment-to-onboarding flow, all sharing one consistent data model.
