Overview
An internal framework and set of conventions that make new projects 'AI-ready' from day one. Project-level instructions encode coding standards, folder structure, theming and API patterns, while agent-specific prompts drive backend features, frontend features, reports and data uploads.
The business problem
AI coding assistants produced inconsistent code that ignored each project's architecture, creating review overhead and slowing multi-project teams.
The solution
As architect and lead, I designed a reusable pattern of project-level instructions and agent prompts so AI generates code that automatically follows existing architecture and UI/UX patterns — making multi-project consistency largely automatic.
